Your Cleaning Service Questions Answered
Every house or commercial property is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your cleaning estimate include the size of your home or office space, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, etc. We have a standardized formula for calculating each individual cleaning estimate in a uniform way. You may pay by cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or credit/debit card. Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be on location at the time of your maid service visit you may choose to leave cash at a predetermined location the morning of your cleaning.
We do not accept checks any longer.
In the event that the client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Grime Scene Cleaners is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the client must pay 50% of the cost for the canceled cleaning service as a first offense and 100% of the cost for any canceled cleaning service thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Grime Scene Cleaners, will be deemed a breach of trust and result in Grime Scene Cleaners collecting payment prior to performing future cleaning services.
In the event that Grime Scene Cleaners needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning service, twenty-four (24) hours notice will be given to the client.
